Projects: Devil-made Work for Idle Hands

One of my heroes, Arnold Mindell, author of Dreambody and several other books exploring the interplay of physical and psychological, suggest that one thing many of us who grew up in the Western tradition need to do is "kill the sepent of doing."
Easier not said than not done!
I find myself getting caught up in all kinds of things, some highly personal, some more on the public side, that fill up my time. Yet I love the doing. Here are a few current ones:

• I am compiling my father's poetry into a book for myself, my sister and his grandchildren
